If calm, peaceful and relaxed was the dominant emotional state you found yourself in, would this change the way you felt about your life right now?

Do you have dreams and desires that you would persue if at your core you felt completely safe and comfortable within yourself?

Anxiety serves a purpose, it’s trying to alert us to the real emotional issue that lies within, yet it easy to want to ‘get rid’ of the anxious responses we experience because often we think our feelings and behaviours are not acceptable by us, and certainly not by others.

Does this sound familiar to you?  If so, I can help you get in touch with your deepest feelings as this is where your own innate wisdom lies that will allow you let go of the anxiety and welcome in a more balanced, peaceful, confident version of yourself.

Panic attacks & social anxiety

Whether you suffer from Anxiety, Panic Attacks or Social Anxiety it can feel utterly debilitating.

If you’ve experienced Panic Attacks and Social Anxiety first hand, you might recognise that they are often closely related, usually being ‘triggered’ by a thought, the environment, a person or even a smell.

Quite often, Social Anxiety can be a direct result of having experienced a Panic Attack in the past, and you can find yourself having anxiety and worry about having another panic attack within a social environment – therefore creating social anxiety which just simply stacks on top of the original incident creating more feelings of stress.

You don't have to accept Anxiety as part of your life

The anxiety is only there to alert you to something much deeper which needs to be acknowledged and transformed.

If you’ve been experiencing these feelings intensely, it’s easy to tell yourself that this is how the rest of your life is going to be.

I know, because I did this myself many years ago when I suffered from both panic attacks and social anxiety. I would hide away as much as I could, constantly cancelling social commitments with friends out of fear of experiencing a panic attack.

I genuinely believed the rest of my life was ruined.

But the truth is, feelings of anxiety and stress can be transformed into feeling relaxed and feeling confident to be and show the real you to those around you.
